Database services
If you have ever worked on a project involving microarrays, deep sequencing, or any other high throughput technology, then you have certainly experienced the problem of data storage, data analysis, not to mention, integration of the resultant information with already available resources. These are situations where a database is the only sustainable choice. We offer a complete service of database customization and implementation. You can also choose to leave the database on our servers and access them through fully customized web interfaces.

Most commonly used bioinformatics resources are usually available through freely accessible web interfaces. Nonetheless some analysis are better performed directly accessing a server using a command line interface with locally installed data and software. Maintaining a server with all the required resources up to date can be time consuming and requires people devoted to the task. You can instead use our servers: we offer accounts on our servers which are already equipped with the more common bioinformatics tools and databases.
Data conversion & Analisys automation
Bioinformatics analysis often involve a work-flow of several different stages: data extraction, format conversion, proper analysis, and output presentation. For large-scale data, these steps can be virtually impossible if performed manually or using web based resources. If you have developed a sketch of your work-flow to analyze, convert, manipulate your data and you need to perform this process frequently, we can develop a customized and automatized system to suite your needs. If you don't have a pre-existing work-flow, we can also help you in the development of your analysis process from input to output.
